- Time needed - 3 times per week getting out the door - but with no pressure on speed/distance!
What makes this different :
So many half marathon training programmes are very technical and complicated and focussed entirely on a time target. When it is your first one we believe the achievement is in the training (accepting you also have a life outside of training) and being able to arrive on race day confident you have done all you can. We take all competition out of long distance training and instead focus on all the elements that often get ignored - sports pyschology, injury prevention, motivation, nutrition and self belief. The time on the clock is not the only reflection on the effort and dedication you have put into training. Its a full 12 weeks of learning, achievement and satisfaction.
